Your Tasks

Role description:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director for the Fresenius Education Group with a dotted line reporting to the CFPU Head of Market & Development, the marketing manager will be responsible for the execution of the CFPU marketing plan and program, to deliver lead, conversion, and enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Brand Management:
    • Build and reinforce the university's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials including events in Vienna
  • Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
    • Execute the university's digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media strategy, email marketing, and online advertising. Collaborated closely with the dedicated marketing team in group marketing
    •  Optimize continuously digital channels to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion rates among prospective students and other stakeholders
    • Align, monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics on daily basis to measure performance and effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
    • Share best practices with other brand teams within the CRFG group
  • Lead Generation Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across various media channels, including, digital, social, and broadcast
    • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling ad creative and messaging that resonates with target audiences
    • Align, Build and execute the content marketing plan, writing and distributing content in all channels, including social, web, and on-campus
    • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and reach
    • Partner with admissions and enrolment teams to develop marketing campaigns and materials that drive student inquiries, applications, and enrolments
    • Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to attract and nurture prospective students through the enrolment funnel
    • Coordinate recruitment events, campus tours, and information sessions to showcase the university's offerings and campus culture
    • Strong Cooperation with central Sales team
  • Analysis and Reporting: 
    • Provide analysis and reporting on all content items and campaigns to ensure learnings are captured and implemented into the future
    • Manage and align the marketing budget with the Head of Market & Development Austria plus the Director Marketing D, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness
    • Provide regular updates and insights to university leadership on marketing initiatives and outcomes
  • Agency Management:
    • Align and Manage briefs and development of content with internal resources and external agencies to support the delivery high quality documentation

Your Profile

  • 5-8+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in retail, travel, IT, telecommunications, or other consumer-based, highly competitive industries more junior role
  • Degree in business, communications, marketing
  • Masters ideal
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns and ability to write and develop content and assets
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including proficiency with web analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A good listener with the ability to understand diverse perspectives and facilitate constructive dialogue
  • Proficiency in English required
